Top notch, 5 stars at a great price! Everything was first rate!

Asked on all the glowing reviews I expected more pristine conditions. The carpeting in our room was a little tattered and needed some cleaning. The bathroom shower doors would not stay closed while I was showering. The breakfast was fine. I was impressed when I mentioned to the desk clerk that the 4th floor smelled like a cigarette factory despite this being a non-smoking hotel. She immediately went to checkout the situation. When we returned from dinner, someone had sprayed the hallway to mask the smoke odor.

Hotel staff a room condition was exceptional, I was impressed with how clean and comfortable my room was! I booked this hotel on my way to and from Chattanooga, TN, I had the same room both ways! Coffee/ Waffle breakfast was outstanding!

Had a great breakfast and plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat. Everything was clean and well kept

Room was clean but overall cleanliness of hotel was not as good as when we stayed there a year before. Didn’t feel it was worth the price paid

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the interstate.

This was a lovely new hotel. Everything was top notch. Unfortunately they allow pets & we didn’t see that at booking. I’m very very allergic to dogs. There were at least 30 of them there when we checked in. They did put us in the 4th floor….but first informed us that EVERY room in the hotel had had pets in them. So would not return & will be sure to check this when booking any hotel from now on

This complete experience was amazing! From the staff to the room to the beauty of the hotel! We were incredibly impressed!! Will stay here again if we have the chance!
