No hablemos del hotel pobre, después de todo, ¡el precio está aquí! Ctrip cobró la tarifa de la habitación, pero el hotel la volvió a cobrar y aún así se negó a reembolsarla, entonces eres un fraude

Es el hotel más sucio en el que me he alojado. El precio en temporada alta no es barato. Los posos de café de los huéspedes anteriores todavía están en la olla y hay manchas en el colchón. Pero la ubicación del hotel, el entorno que lo rodea es muy bonito.

My worst experience so far. A smell of cigarettes in the corridor leading to my room, the smell was coming from an identified room, the 203, which had its door shortly open. From outside, we were able to see the room occupants smoking from their room with windows open. They were throwing out the smoke outside but there was the awful smell inside the hotel. I complained 4 times about it and no action has been taken to take care of the problem. Also, my neighboor kept hitting on the wall until over midnight and it made it hard for me to sleep. I complained 3 times about it and no action has been taken. Also, a drunk person kept calling at my room to disturb us. I asked the receptionist for knowing who was the person who kept calling me and she was unable to tell. She was also unable to check and/or prevent the calls so I have been forced to pull the plug on the phone, so it stops to ring. Without a doubt my worst hotel experience by very far. 0 effort from the staff to solve any of the numberous problems. It was a complete disaster. I also forgot to mention how dirty the alley was on my way to my room. There was chips on the carpet, used toilet paper, used dirty towels. It was obvious the staff accountable of cleaning messed up his job. To resume, bad receptionist, bad cleaner, bad service and bad neighboors. It was a complete disaster. Sincerely.

Nice hotel with friendly staff but the rooms bathroom need to be updated

We stayed 3 nights. We did not get new towels, garbage was not picked up, beds were not made. Usually they still clean the room even if we are not checking out. Was disappointed for that. Also, breakfast was limited because the pancake machine was out of order and the juice dispenser machine also.

My experience at the hotel was quite positive. The staff was attentive, the room was comfortable, and the amenities provided a good level of convenience.

The facuality is very outdated. No glasses or chair in the room. The puctures on line are nothing like the actual room. They need to update their web site. The beds are saged in the middle.

King size room was so small i couldent open my fridge, bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable..... people walking byand knocking or room doors ALL night
