TV cũ, hỏng, đường truyền kém,rất mờ. Sàn gỗ chứ không trải thảm như các Mường Thanh khác. View không ổn khi bên dưới mà mái của sảnh. 4 sao mà không có áo choàng hay pizama trong tủ cho khách mặc. Dịch vụ massage thì không nên trải nghiệm ở đây.

Khi đặt phòng đã có xác nhận nhưng nhân viên lễ tân không kiểm tra được bằng số confirmation phải mất một khoảng thời gian để chờ xác nhận từ bộ phận kinh doanh của khách sạn tới lúc nhận phòng thì lại giao phòng chưa dọn xong cho khách.

The room is very clean and spacious, the breakfast was also good and many delicious dishes . Reception is very welcoming and helpful. Mr. Thanh is a very enthusiastic person who cares and supports us a lot. Thank you. I'll come back one day soon

Khách sạn sảnh khá rộng, sang trọng, thoải mai. Chúng tôi bước vào cửa khách sạn có nhân viên chào đón và mời nước rất lịch sự. Nhân viên lễ tân khá nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ chúng tôi lên tận phòng. Đồ ăn sáng nhiều món địa phương ngon. Tôi rất hài lòng khi lưu trú tại đây

Tôi rất ấn tượng với dịch vụ và con người ở Khách sạn Mường Thanh Thanh Hoá. Cách các bạn đón tiếp và trang tri phòng rất ấn tương. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình, rất đáng yêu. Chắc chắc sẽ quay trở lại với Mường Thanh Thanh Hoá và nhất định sẽ giới thiệu tới bạn bè người thân của tôi với 1 điểm đến chất lượng.
