When we arrived at 5:30 pm we were given keys to our handicapped room which we had requested several weeks in advance. The room was obviously not cleaned - beds unmade etc. The hotel did not have another handicapped room. We received a room on the second floor. The sink barely emptied. The bathtub was dripping water/leaking. We had a two-night stay. When we returned the next day, the room had not been serviced. We requested fresh towels and were told to come down to the lobby and they would give us towels. When we left a lady in the elevator was glad we were leaving because her toilet wouldn't flush, and she had been told no more rooms were available. She requested the front desk to have the room we just left so she would have a working toilet. We would not go back to this hotel. We are Executive level with Marriott, but this hotel does not represent Marriott well.
