Our sink was clogged the entire 3-night stay. The water in the sink stunk, and the front desk staff kept giving excuses about why maintenance hadn’t shown up. The carpet was nasty dirty, our remote control didn’t work, and the pool and hot tub were closed the entire stay with no notice online or in the lobby. We couldn’t be moved because rooms were sold out, but no solution was offered to us for not being able to use the sink and for the bacteria that was making it stink, due to that sink being obviously clogged long before we ever got there. No solution was ever offered for us not being able to watch tv either. We couldn’t just leave because the whole town was sold out. There was never a manager onsite in three whole days according to front desk staff, but upon checkout, we were told the manager had left at 3:00 am and we could email him. We did email that same day, and as of today - 5 days later, he has not responded.
