Horrible, the hotel seems like it is going to be shut down soon. The pool was closed and the hot spring was closed too. You can order dinner with salad bar, but the salad bar was just corn, onions, smoke chicken…the minced pork rice was to be served but it ran out and no refill. We left before our entree was to be served, just a waste of time. Room were old like motel rooms, We were suppose to stay two night but escaped after the first night.

看得出來這飯店建造時候的用心
周遭環境優美舒適讓人感到放鬆
優點就不多說，有以下想法供參考
1.晚餐吃到飽食物選擇不多且熱度不夠
2.四星級飯店連茶包咖啡包都沒有真的很傻眼，打電話過去櫃檯詢問，居然回答透過訂房網站訂的就沒有含這些。還叫我稍等她要請示主管才回電給我。後來想想我們自己帶了咖啡粉出門，所以就打電話給櫃檯說不用回電了，過了一天小時左右，送了四包茶包。
可以理解現代企業為了生存或經營利潤會想辦法cost down. 但四星級卻沒有，真的有點不知道怎麼形容。
打電話過去也不是要茶包，只是想確認是忘記放了嗎？帶著善意的想法得到的回答卻有點不善意。

環境還可以，酒店比較舊，服務一般，菜品還可以，温泉還不錯，空氣質量超好，裏面有梅花鹿，悠閑的貓咪還行

飯店的位置比較偏僻，房間內的溫泉溫度比較低，感覺上沒有那麼燙，但是我覺得穿透力很強，下去泡溫度很快穿透身體溫暖。房間的充電插座數目比較少，周圍可以吃飯的地方都有一段距離，這是入住之前心裡要先做的準備。

雖然是老5星，但是環境實在太好了，尤其是國慶連假能訂到3千多4人房，應該是台灣前所未有了，還有溫泉可洗，房間內只能容納2人的浴池，但是樓上溫泉池超大，好適合3.5好友一起泡湯。迎賓飲料也好幾類，都好喝。

游泳，䂿單車及散步地方足够，亨受酒店設施充足。
