Good point:
Location. You can easily take on/off city buses in front of the hotel.
Improvement required:
Staffs’ english skill. All staff were so kind and polite but it take a bit time to communicate with some staff in English.

The room is very comfortable and the view of city is excellent.
The location is excellent with a lot of shopping locations around.
The breakfast is good with a lot of choices.
The corridor carpet is smelly (strong smell of drainage pipe problem).

Service at its top! If not counting the view is totally blocked, it is a great for either short or long term, good location, only 5 minute walk to SOGO, Park Lane or National Museum of Natural Science. It is hard to be in a bad mood surrounding by all theses.

Service is very good. Each staff is really dedicated to help the guests.
Breakfast room is a little bit dark. Many choices but quality can be improved. Also some stations are very busy and need customers to wait like coffee and eggs.

It was right before the long holiday weekend when I checked in, staff was very friendly, but quite persistent about no late check out. Room is clean and comfortable. When I requested iron and board, they gave me a baby-sized board which is very funny. Had breakfast in the morning, limited eggs, and I guess it’s the same everywhere else, as eggs are in serious shortage I heard. Overall impression is still quite good, will probably come again.
