The rudest personal and owner, we have ever seen. They are not able to commmunicate politely with the guests. The family room is very dark, beds are terribly bed. A/C is still noisy when switched off. Only the location is nice.

Terrible dirty place with horrible staff! Stay away from this place!!!! Everything in the room was dirty, dusty, rusty and nobody took the responsibility for this. Everything they told us at the reception when we left was... "Ok. Bye!" No hot water, no heating... Just rude people trying to take your money. Don't recommend even if you have no place where to go! 👀

The Receptionist was very friendly. The checkin was fast. Earlier we only asked if there is AC, but when we arrived and stepped into the room was already cool. Nice surprise! The room is big and clean. The design is friendly and typical. The beds are soft what I specially liked. Good service!
