Great location, just a short walk to the centre of town. The garden and pool area was lovely. Nice and shady on a hot day. Cute little mini golf course. Rooms are a bit tired, could do with a revamp but comfortable and good size
Towels, milk coffee etc not replaced and bed was pulled up but not tucked in, mugs not washed up. So may as well not bothered with the service.

pre booked requested 2 twin beds but shown only double beds when shown 2 single beds they wanted to charge extra even though I had booked in advanace

Budget room is budget. Queen Spa room not worth the price renovation required spa needs replacing very old crudly painted over inside it and had rough patchs in it. Not usable
Lady at reception has a lovely professional disposition.
Family freindly indoor outdoor activity centre and pools equipment for use all free

We had an upstairs room on the main road. We found it quite noisy, even at night, and the room temperature was only bearable with the aircon running 24/7. The outside temperature was only in the low 30s as well. I wouldn't stay here in the middle of summer.
The outdoor pool was unusable due to no heating and the spa was freezing cold too. On one of the days our room wasn't tended to which resulted in us running out of toilet paper and tissues.
The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. We arrived right on opening and the food had obviously been sitting in the heated trays for quite a while. There was a good variety but at $18 per head it's not great value.
Overall the property needs a bit of maintenance and repairs. Given that there are so many other accommodation options in Swan Hill, I'm not sure we would stay again.
