I am very satisfied with the hotel, location, cleanliness staff security all excellent. Breakfast is very excellent variety of foods, pool spa souna Jim very good Reception all personel with respect and warm welcome.

Had a great stay, rooms are clean and tidy, staff was welcoming and very friendly and the service was great. Booked a 24SQM standard room, but the lady at the reception gladly upgraded us to a bigger room without additional charges. Definitely staying here on my next visits to Sulaimanyah.

The hotel deserves the very best rating, the staff “especially Lezan, Payven, and Kejan” are super friendly and they can dedicate their ultimate support for the clients.. Emerald and Panorama restaurants are on fleek and have various of middle eastern meals and various types of alcohol. Overall, I recommend the hotel for business and family regarding space, facilities, spa, room sizes.

This was definitely a great place to stay at. Reception was great, lovely and warm. Rooms were fabulous, recently renovated. The pool was amazing and the kids had a blast. I would definitely return there for my next visit

I was very satisfied with the Hotel generaly, staff were friendly, easy payment, access to gym, fine restaurant available inside the hotel that you can pay with credits, location is near to everywhere inside the town, especially the airport, Excellent.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. All the food we had there was excellent. What a lovely hotel! I can't say enough good about this place. We were so positive, surprised and had a fantastic stay.

Everything was in fine and went smoothly while my stay, it's best hotel I have stayed in Sulaymaniyah. The reception staff are quite responsive, the location is very good, it is center of Sulaymaniyah, I have been provided with a smart room, it was very new and clean.

Very mice , ………………… the excutive king room was very nice and large and comfotable for family ………….. every thing was very good especially the staff were very friendly ,lovely and kindly dealing … ….the room fully equiped …… the breakfast was very nice
