The receptionist was very efficient. We were upgraded from standard room to a beautiful cottage.

We booked a standard room and was offered an upgrade to a premium room with a view of the harbor for just $25 a night which we accepted. We did regret the decision as the view was awesome especially the sunset. Close food places and cruises and visitor centre.

就是位置偏遠一點，但也是這偏遠的原因，遠離的市區的煩惱，隔壁是個湖，空氣特別清新，就是餐廳少了一點，也沒有什麼便利店

整體還是可以，畢竟房子很老了，湊合一晚是ok的。晚上房間比較暗會比較嚇人，白天在露台上能看到內海還是很好的。雖然是臨街的房子，但是衹能繞到後面進去，要拖着箱子走一段距離，春天晚上會比較潮濕，路上有很多蛞蝓，小心不要踩到。

The room was dirty and dark. The noise from neighbouring guests was very loud. The wine glasses in the room were dirty and there weren't sufficient towels. Very disppointing.
We dined at the restaurant and the food was average at best with blow flies throughout the restaurant - OVERPRICED FOR THE QUALITY.

The town is beautiful and the hotel appears to own much of the property. The room itself was awkward and needs updating but it was clean. The balcony was tiny but had a lovely view. There is no ac or screens on the windows to leave open. Overall it was fine for a night or two.
