I reported this property to Wyndham Corporation. When we arrived at 6:30 pm there were no other cars anywhere on the property. The door to the lobby was locked because the area around the hotel is in a very rough part of town. The night clerk unlocked the door and admitted us to be checked in then immediately relooked the door. We entered the room to find mold and dirt in the refrigerator and the bathroom sink and tub was filthy. There were no towels in the room, the remote to the TV didn’t work and when we did get the TV on, it was analog transmission and the picture was very blurry. I took pictures of the room to share with ******* and Wyndham. The manager is not on site at all many days of the week and when he does show up it’s only for a few hours. I know this because ******* tried repeatedly to reach him to request a refund for us. He refused despite the deplorable condition of the hotel and room. I have encouraged ******* and Wyndham to discontinue using this property. DO NOT STAY HERE!
