Book some where els if you can . This hotel has the best day behind. Restaurants was not even open on a Saturday not even for a drink. I don’t know if the cashier was new but he made the room key 3 times

Beautifully designed hotell with excellent staff. The room was wonderful and it felt like a retreat in the middle of the city. Very close to public transport. Breakfast was great as always with Elite. I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10

The Hotel is in a very good location but it is not a four star hotel. It is not properly cleaned and has an outdated lift, which does not even reach the last floor. So if you have a heavy luggage and happen to be on the last floor you have to carry it yourself.

It was really nice experience to stay at Elite Hotel Arcadia, Stockholm September 2023. Service was good and particularly staff behavior was very good. They were always willing to help you to in your city tour .

I stay fairly regularly in Elite Hotels and this time stayed in the Elite Arcadia. Best way of describing my stay was 'OK.' It was not as good as some of the other Elite Hotels, but there was nothing bad either. Check in staff were pleasant and polite. Comfortable bed and clean room with modern bathroom. The halls and communal areas seemed a little tired, but the old fashioned lift was quirky and a nice touch. Breakfast was included and was standard Elite hotel breakfast with bread, cold cuts and various hot dishes including sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs. Hotel doesn't have much of a communal area. The restaurant space is small and in the evenings there are lobby tables to sit at with waiter service drinks, but it really did feel like drinks in the lobby rather than drinks in a bar. Location is about 25 minutes walk to Stureplan and the centre, but it is fairly close to Haga Park if you want to have a nice jog in the morning or the evening. So all in all an OK stay. Not great, but not bad. The Elite Arcadia hotel is functional, but it's not wonderful.

I booked the Arcadia hotel for a last minute business trip, so it wouldn’t have been my 1st choice. The pros are that it is clean, modern communal areas, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Unfortunately the hall ways and rooms are dated. I went to open the window and the handle came off in my hand! Saying that, the beds are comfortable. I also found the hotel to be quite far from everywhere I wanted to go both business and tourist places. If I had to stay here again I would and it wouldn’t bother me to much, but I wouldn’t stay here again through choice.

Fantastic service! A huge thank you to the hotel team - very helpful and prompt communication, really friendly, and flexible. A very clean, quiet and well located hotel. Will definitely stay again! And the packed breakfast we got (due to our early start) was very tasty!
