Mi escapada por el Día de la Madre no fue tan refrescante. Había pelo en la ducha incluso antes de que me duchara. Nota al margen: no era mío. Encontré el teléfono de la recepción en mi habitación. El depósito que se suponía debía devolverse el día del pago, aún no se ha devuelto a mi cuenta 3 días después. He intentado llamar para hablar con ellos sobre esto y nadie responde, ni puedo dejar un mensaje de voz. Por favor revise sus habitaciones en busca del teléfono para que podamos arreglar esto.

The room smelt like smoke for non-smoking room. Stains and rips in sheets. The heater in room never shut off even when we turned the temp down.

Not personable at check in or check out. Floors and countertops not clean in room and stain on bed sheets. Toilet did not flush. When registering for room around 6:30 pm, I asked for water or coffee and none to be had in the reception area. For breakfast, it was slim pickings. No yogurt, no fruit, no eggs etc. Food displays and counter did not appear any too clean. Don't think we will rest our head there again.

Stains on bed sheet, no bedding for sofabed for my daughter, one face cloth for three people, tv remote not working, toilet roll holder falling out of the wall and terribly noisy neighbours all night even after a call to the main desk. Maybe two hours sleep. On arrival the clerk was calling a guest about smoking in a nonsmoking room. We were lucky enough to be in the room next to them. Terrible stay.

The towels were very thin and worn. Not enough towels provided in the room for two people. Bedding had no blankets, just sheets. Ice machine on first floor was leaking water on the floor just as you came off the stairs. Never got fixed over the 4 days we were there. They just put towels or bedding on the floor to try to soak up the water. Hallway had an order to it that was not overly friendly. Staff was not the friendliest.

There were bad odors throughout the property. Unsecured doors. Stained bedding. Just overall a very low level hotel. But beds were comfortable if you looked passed the yellow stained sheets and bed skirts.

One of the best motels my husband and I have stayed in, in quite a while. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff are awesome couldn't ask for any better.
