1、酒店不算大，地理位置不在市中心，離涅瓦河出海口步行3公里多，離冬宮步行3公里多，2公里多有個中餐館，味道還不錯。
2、酒店房間尚可，房間走廊全是壁畫，走廊有飲水器。
3、停車位不多，房間不算特別貴。

非常滿意的酒店，整體新潮適合年輕人，乾淨整潔，浴室備品也很好用！
位置距離馬林斯基劇院非常近，走過去兩個路口十分鐘不到，沿路也有不少超市。

Excellent value hotel in an interesting neighbourhood. It is a bit of a distance from the center but there are some sights nearby too and decent restaurant and shopping options nearby. Also the neighbourhood is a lot more peaceful that the center, no metro station nearby though which can be an issue in some cases. Extra points for extremely high quality complimentary toiletries, best ones I've come across in a hotel room ever actually.

Very cool hotel in a peaceful neighbourhood. It's not exactly in the centre and there is no metro station nearby. Plenty of services anyway and the architecture is fairly historical and there are some sights nearby.
Extra points for the high quality complimentary toiletries provided, they were of the highest quality I have encountered in any 4-star hotel.

A very nice cozy place to stay in. A laid-back atmosphere, professional and carrying staff. I was pleased to be here. First of all, I particularly liked the individual accommodations they allowed upon my request: I asked for a yoga mat and steam iron into my room for the period of my stay. Although they do have a gym on the 4rth floor and a place where guests can iron, I wanted to have those items in my room to myself and they gave them to me, which I appreciate. Second, I liked how they handled a problem I had. For the period of my stay, which was 20 days, one time I had some air conditioning issue (water was leaking from it). I called a receptionist (they are 24/7) and they addressed it immediately; in 1 min a person who fixes things knocked on my door with his tools and repaired it quickly. Next, the kitchen is good, however, they do not have a lot of vegetarian options, so if you are a vegetarian or vegan prepare to buy soy, almond, or other non-milk from a grocery store nearby (EcoFamily or ВкусВилл) and keep it in the refrigerator in your room or shop for vegetarian restaurant options nearby. Lastly, to show your appreciation for the service you need to carry cash because they do not have the option to include tips for the service when paying credit or debit cards. No ATM in the hotel also. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. They do make you feel special and treat you like a family. And I do hope when I visit them next time they will expand their vegetarian options. Thank you for having me here.

Самый лучший отель!!!😍😍😍Огромная благодарность администратору на рецепшн великолепной Ирине и бармену чудесной Анжелике и всему замечательному и отзывчивому персоналу отеля! Приехали отпраздновать старшему сыну День рождения! Прекрасная Ирина заселила нас раньше и номер предоставила улучшенный, выше на категорию в честь дня рождения сына❤️❤️❤️рассказала как лучше пройти до нужной нам локации. Номер очень комфортный, стильный, идеально чистый и красивый😍😍😍 завтраки безумно вкусные! Самая вкусная красная рыбка! С блинами просто нереально вкусно, сырники очень нежные, свежесваренное варенье - очень ароматное и великолепное! Панакота - чудесная! Мы в полном восторге!😻😻😻 Отель поздравил Сынулю с Днём Рождения! В номер принесли тарелку фруктов и великолепные пирожные макаруны, и открытку с искренними и прекрасными поздравлениями! Убирались каждый день идеально👍👍👍 При выезде сказали, что можно выехать на полчаса позже, когда приедет шаттл до аэропорта🥰🥰🥰 Расположение отеля шикарное! Гуляли до Невского проспекта через Новую Голландию, она рядом с отелем, как и Мариинский театр. Мы в восторге от отеля! Обязательно приедем к Вам снова уже всем семейством❤️❤️❤️
