Считаю, что СПА зона этого отеля одна из лучших… можно провести целый день и скучно не будет… был там не раз, конечно уже заметно, что требуется косметический ремонт… из минусов в номере нет необходимых инструментов в баре, например открыть бутылку вина, нет посуды соответствующей для того чтобы выпить шампанского… заметно что значительно упал уровень персонала, это видно и по общению , ответам и дружелюбию… во время уборки номера забрали тапочки и эне положили других, этот сюрприз обнаружен был вечером когда планировали идти в спа зону… обращение в службу сервиса сначала не привело к результату несмотря на заверения, что сейчас занесут нам, пришлось делать второй звонок и уже высказать возмущение, только тогда среагировали, но заставили нас час в номере в халатах сидеть и решать вопрос вытекающий из некомпетенций и безалаберности сотрудников… завтраки хорошие, но имейте ввиду больше 2х дней тяжко одно и тоже, повторяется через день( сегодня блины, значит завтра будут сырники)… но в любом случае отель достойный , можно смело рекомендовать

Every time I stay in Palace Bridge Hotel is a unique and at the same time cozy experience. All very professional. I stay there for some years now and I have seen a constant effort for improvement. Internet works great, rooms always very clean, quick response and resolution for any potential issue. I enjoyed the spa so much/one of the major elements of the hotel. But what makes the difference is the people working there trying their best. I have so many people to thank. From Alexandra and Sabina of reservations to Michail the night manager at reception. I cannot forget the rest of personnel at breakfast always smiling. The cleaning ladies and room service that always do a great job and respond immediately. Really thank you to all.

The hotel has a nice pool area where u can enjoy long time. U can find different sauna and pools. It gets busy in the middle of the day so make sure to come as early as u get up. The room itself is rather old and needs renovation. The bed wasn’t too comfortable.

Very pleasant hotel, great food, location and spa, nice rooms with choice of 3 different pillows. The only (big) minus for our family are the very soft, completely anti-orthopedic matrasses on the beds.

Unable to stay even with a full Moderna covid vaccination and 1 PCR test from 24h ago. I asked for refund at reception, they told me to send an email, I sent two emails and the hotel refused because it seems it was clear that this hotel is only for Russians when I booked (sic!). Forget that hotel, only for Russians.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had staying in 5 star hotels. The hotel requires renovation. It looks neglected and outdated. The service quality is rather poor to say the least (but it’s subjective experience). Breakfast was abysmal. The cheapest food, the variety is poor, generally tasted badly. One good thing is a spa, but no one warned us that the facility is used not only by guests but also by people from the street who can buy a pass. Due to that reason it is always overcrowded.

no value for money 30 min waiting on check-in... ho help with luggage... super overpriced fee for underground parking - almost quarter of the cost of room for family of 3 persons, and nightmare street parking... shabby room... superb location... good breakfast...

This hotel is worth every penny. I enjoy the service and the comfort, and the best SPA in the city. Always friendly and kind personnell. The location is central and it's easy to get to. I love the design. The beds are comfortable, the showers are powerful) It's perfect.

Отвратительный отель, сняли с женой номер за 16.500 рублей сутки, с одной двух спальной кроватью, в итоге это были два матраса рядом. Мебель вся ушатанная, побитая, обои отваливаются, на пололке и стенах мертвые комары и мухи. Все это показали сотрудникам на ресепшен Александру и Валерии Селиверстовой на что было сказано, отель не реставрировался с 2008 года, не нравится ищите другой отель. И самое главное, никто за 3 дня мух и комаров даже не убрал! В номере не кладут душевой набор, каждый раз у уборщицы сам отбирал. В отеле работают студенты, которые просто разводят руками, при этом номер 16.500 в сутки стоит! Никогда больше сюда не вернемся!
