This is the only hotel I stop by when I’m doing my business in Spokane. The service is very good and the breakfast is not bad at all.

The whole reason we came down to spend the weekend at the hotel was to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Both not working and ice cold. Won’t come back again

The heating unit in room 111 was producing as much cold air as warm air. There was a very cold draft coming from behind the curtains. We had to turn the thermostat up to 85 degrees in order to keep the room temperature comfortable. Understandably the outdoor temperature was negative 20 degrees and the heat/air unit is on an outside wall. Shuttle service and breakfast were excellent.

Rooms were very clean and service was amazing! Pet friendly, we had our 2 dogs and felt very welcome! Great location close to downtown but just far enough to feel completely safe with my young child. I won’t stay anywhere else when in Spokane!

Close to downtown without being right downtown. Nice walk through the park and around the river. Within walking distance to all amenities.

The hotel is easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. We stayed one night for a Gonzaga game. Rachel, our shuttle driver, did an amazing job getting us there & back with horrendous traffic from the Spokane Arena after the game. The complimentary drink in the evening and the amazing breakfast made our quick trip more enjoyable.

I would definitely stay here again! We got a suite on the 5th floor & it was pretty nice. Have i stayed in nicer places, yes, but the staff was great, the bed was amazing, & the breakfast buffet was really good.
I see some people complaining about the area, simple answer to that is don't go waltzing around after dark. I felt safe here & i am extremely picky & always aware of my surroundings..
Stay here, they have a pool, hot tub, & sauna.. it is not a bad gig!!

Always a great stay, right on the Spokane River and next to Spokane's Riverfront Park, convenient location to access anywhere in downtown. They have different choices of rooms and views as well. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast and on-site parking too. You will thank yourself for choosing this great hotel, right along the waterfront!
