I booked for a pilot friend who flew into Sioux lookout May 27 as nothing was available I looked on my ********** account , as it was only place for him to stay... unfortunately I didn't read the fine print and when the pilot got there to stay I didn't realize had to give them 24 hour notice no one andweeed the phone or was there to let him in, unfortunately he had no place to stay and was left stranded ... I understand there rules and policy but it shouldn't be listed to check in same day... Not impressed at all
