The reception staff was friendly
Gave us a room near the lift.
The right wing was closed for renovation and everyday without fIl 8am to 6pm we would feel the drilling and hacking and the workers conversing loudly.
The housekeeping was prompt but several request to top up beverages and repair the TV went unheard..
Room is old
Furniture is old
Fridge is not working
TV is fuzzy and we did not used throughout the stay.

No complimentary carpark and carpark smelly. Has inform for late check in but the staff help for check in was not in good attitude and showed inpatient face. Air conditioning system very cold and seem like unable to adjust as turn to higher degree celsius but still very cold. Room quite spacious and the bellboy is very friendly, helpful and talkative.

While the hotel's location is undeniably perfect for exploring the main City attractions, the aging facilities and lack of soundproofing in the rooms do leave room for improvement. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any accommodation, and it's unfortunate that it fell short during my visit. Nonetheless, the friendly and welcoming staff do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

Our firstime staying at the Grand Pacific is actually full enjoyment. To be honest even the location is strategic near to city center, shoping center, tourist center even the public transport area or station is so near. Need to walking less than 8/10 minutes. But i loved *sorry i don’t meant rasist but i really love the Indian or dark skin and big man as door man or bell boy that treats me really like to make me enjoy and comfort to staying there. Greetings in beginning, helpful to brought me for check in, and offering to bring my 4 big suit cases to my room. And always explained and introduced what the interesting to do around hotel or city to get great experiences. So nearest with the Iconic CHIJMES just 3 minutes walking.

Nice Place to stay i love the design of oriental chinese antique of the room very pleasnt and relaxing. Special Thank to Mr.Velu and to all the stadd who assist us during our stay. We love the delicious food and great service.

Hotel is nice . However at reception the girl told that check in cannot be done before 3 pm. That was surprising and hilarious . I kept the luggage at reception and went out for my meetings etc .
. It happened first time with in my life during my several travels to many different countries.
I have stayed in this hotel
Last year also over one week . Service was better.
