Súper bien, Ubicación, servicio... no probamos nada de la comida al estar solo 1 noche por lo demás perfecto

(1) Location is convenient, near walking distance to MRT. (2) Room is neat and tidy. (3) Staff are responsive and informative. (4) Facilities are decent and value for money. Those driving to hotel, car park fee is complimentary - a plus point. Do check, may subject to availability.

Superb location, near to lots of amenities and mrt station! Room is quite small and there is only glass partition between bed area and WC/ shower area. Make the floor quite slippery and wet..However, there are reading nook near to the window (if you like to read)
We stayed during long weekend. We check in around 2:30 and there are no available room yet. Waited for update (call/ message/ whatsapp) from hotel until 4:30 by strolling ard Clarke Quay and still no news. We only get the key after we re-approached the receptionist. Despite the delay in check in, the check out time is remain at 11:00AM. Please improve the quality of service!
Small yet well designed swimming pool. Gym is closed for maintenance. Ok for a short staycation but will not rebook again!

Staff was friendly and checkin was a breeze. Located between Clarke Quay and Chinatown, definitely great if you’re looking for a few drinks at night.

During check-in, we were served by a staff, Charley. She looked unhappy and after telling us that the check-out time is 11am, we requested if we could have a late check-out. She became very rude gave us a late check-out at 12pm only.
On the corridor towards the rooms, has a heavy paint smell.
There’s no floor skirting in the showers, the water flow out and went out to the bathroom and even the carpet. Basin was stuck. Towel in the room was smelly as well.
A lot of small flies/ bug in the room.
TV controller is super oily sticky and mouldy, cannot really work and seems Iike they didn’t change it for Years.
Blood stain on carpet.
The housekeeping Aunty is extremely helpful and kind.

Staued there for 2 nights, the amenities were good. Room was good with space to chill by the window, soft beds and pillows. When called for room service, they respond within 30mins which is good.
We also visited the pool, even though no booking is required, the pool is still quite regulated. We all have our own space and time to spent there.

The staff is really nice and extremely helpful!! The room is clean and nice design, the location is super great and there is no noise at all. They also have a nice pool in 2nd floor.

Convenient location next to central clarke quay. Comfortable bed for couple. Nice size pool. Nearby Chinatown for heritage walk and food. Would stay here again.
