Hotel Yan

Book a loft room and it was really quiet as it faces the inner courtyard. Very nice room with a big table for me to do work. Only downside is the table is full of dust and I had to do a clean to get proper and clean space to work on. Not my first time staying and was bit disappointed they no longer provide the set of shower set that comes with the pouch as it’s really nice. But their service is great when I call up for items and it was delivered immediately. The front desk lady had this cute little bell attached to her that announce her arrival when she approach my room with my request and I thought it was nice as I would know it was her who is delivering. Other downside is the hot water turns Luke warm after around 5 minutes and I thought at first it’s because this room’s hot water is faulty but not so. Had a change of same room to a level higher after their electricity tripped twice in my first room despite them trying to restore it back at night. Very friendly staff and very apologetic to me on the incident that happened. Overall I think the stay was good mainly because of the staff. Really nice people and down to earth.

Front desk staff was friendly. We had a bit of issue with the mini fridge but it was sorted in the end. The size of the suite is okay i guess for a 3-star hotel. Spent most of our time in the bathtub. Would probably revisit in the future.

Fantastic stay. Checked in without a hassle. Room was very big and spacious. The staff were very hospitable. They helped us to change the room due to the shower water heater not working immediately. Pleasant stay overall.

Shower drainage block! Water will overflow out of bathroom into the sleeping area. Noisy because the room beside ours sing Karaoke. Room is very small and no place to put our bags. We wanted to change room but due to the insufficient space, our belongings were placed all over the room, hence too much trouble to move as well.

It's a beautiful hotel and staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are good and bed is comfortable. The price range is definitely reasonable for the comfort you’re getting 👍🏻✨

Small cozy place for a quick getaway. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Definitely will come to revisit

Off Lavender side, many cafe nearby. Shop houses building, quiet and not the first time staying, overall receptionist is friendly as usual.

Superbbb recommended if u want to chill awhile with your couple to spend time tgt

Cozy little room got small balcony only downside is the transparent sliding door between toilet and shower very unpleasant.
