Days Inn by Wyndham Sidney NE

The room and the check in process was great. However, the temperature in Sidney, NE was close to freezing (32 degrees) and the rooms heat was shut off, so we had to spend the first couple of hours heating up the room before we could settle down for the night.

This hotel was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. We asked for a late check out and they refused then call the police on us after we found a camera inside the room

We got there and i immediately got a bad impression. The hot tub was dirty with lots of hairs and dirt floating around. The room wasnt clean and then later, we tried to ask a front desk person a question and nobody was there. We proceeded to call twice and they said nobody was there. Then, we got screamed at by the owner even though he wouldnt help us when we asked.

Beds slept well, breakfast choices of hot and cold food was nice. Overall happy with stay. Need more parking options for trailers with level not so beat up areas.

We just needed a place to get a good sleep in before finishing our trip up. This place is perfect

We appreciated that the rooms were quiet, attractive and spacious with updated bathroom. Front desk assistant was very personable.

Booked on-line. Booking confirmed. Arrived and se were told the room style that we were co firmed for was no longer available. In addition, the hotel receptionist was very unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. Not cool after booking, confirmation and driving a long distance. We actually requested a credit and went across the street and paid more. Your competitor states they hear the same complaint a couple times a week. Your business model sucks. I used to exclusively use Days Inns. I doubt I ever will again. Teriible business model.

They provided a good variety on the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

The hotel was nice. The owner on the other hand is selfish and extremely rude. We had our 3 kids for a total of five. We told the girl at the desk we had 3 kids. We stay for the weekend and decided to book one more night on Monday. The owner started yelling at us saying that we lied about the number of people in our party and told us that if we didn’t like his rules we could just go next door to motel 6. All he had to do was mention respectfully that it would be $10 for the extra person and we would’ve happily paid it. Instead he instantly got rude and defensive when there was absolutely no need for it. We got a refund and left. It’s a shame people are so rude and for no real reason at all. Shame on you MR big bad owner man.
