Unexpected hidden gem in Luohu district. Excellent hospitality from check-in staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping. It is our second time staying at this hotel due to great experience from our first time. This time we were a bit shocked by the lack of detail in room cleanliness. First room that was given to us was not cleaned thoroughly with brown stains at bottom of bed and floor but their staff at the front desk were very responsive and changed our room immediately. Second room had some shoe stains on window sill but it was taken care of by housekeeper the next day. All staff working at hotel breakfast were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially to our kids with food allergies. Some guests can be very loud having drinking parties inside room during Friday/ Saturday nights but weekdays are quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely go back again. Hopefully housekeeping will be more detail-oriented when cleaning.

I was assisted with Nora. Her assistance was very helpful and nice. She gave us room upgrade with big window and beautiful mountain view.
The room is big and clean. The bed also very comfi.
We would stay in this hotel again if we visit Shenzhen.

Excellent location of the hotel, near the metro, train station, beautiful park for walking. The hotel is illuminated by a large sign, very prudently, you will not pass by. The staff made us very happy: they were beautiful, polite, and responded to all requests. The compliment from the hotel is fresh fruits, it's so sweet. The room is cozy, clean, pleasant fragrant soaps and shampoos. The breakfast is delicious and varied. I was pleased with the inviting coffee and crispy croissants. We had a great rest at this hotel, just like at home. Thank you for the care of the staff, they treated us like their own family.

Together with 6 years old kid, we stayed one night in SZ during Easter break. All staff are nice, environment is good and clean, bed is big and comfortable. Unfortunately the breakfast was not ideal, maybe too many people had breakfast at the same time so no seat or table could be arranged so this is where we felt marks deducted. Walmart is in walking distance which we can feel many local and friendly atmosphere. On the afternoon we left there was a short power shortage which is also unexpected. However staff are really nice and helpful!

The hotel is convenient with only 6 minutes walking distance to metro station. The hotel service is excellent, their staff are polite and helpful especially Emily, the front desk staff who allowed me to have an earlier checked in and upgraded me to a higher floor room. I also feel amazed of their efficiency in cleaning the table to give the hotel guests to have breakfast in the cleaning environment. I strongly recommend this hotel.
