Estuve en Pullman Sanya Bay hace cinco años. Pensé en ir a Yalong Bay esta vez para quedarme en Pullman, pero descubrí que los precios en línea eran confusos. Llamé a Pullman Yalong Bay cinco estrellas para hacer una reserva. Mejores hoteles en Yalong Bahía. Teniendo en cuenta la cercanía con el aeropuerto antes del viaje de regreso, y al mismo tiempo por nostalgia, volví a hospedarme en el Pullman Sanya Bay, fue un poco triste, el tiempo pasaba, el hotel parecía mucho más viejo, y la recepción el servicio parecía ser lento.

First of all, I’m really thanks to Eva❤️
I was arrived at hotel early after checked out another hotel. I didn’t expected to take early check in but Eva told me it’s already ready to check in so we could enter the room early.
She was really amazing friend. I am Korean so I’ve being had a hard time traveling China because of language. She helped me by We-chat app and fluent English and I could get lots of information easy.
And she gave me the coupon which is taking snap photos free(until 5photos. if you want to choose more you have to pay extra charge.) A photographer was nice, he taught my mom and me how to pose it was very comfy. we bought extra photos.
And I booked a shuttle bus to cdf mall at 15:00, so I was worried about killing time until 15:00. So I asked her how to get a late check out, she gave me a free late check out until that time. I think she is an angel🧚.
And Actually pullman hotel is deserve to take 5stars.
Everyone is smiling and kind, system is comfy and safety. Even You can take room cleaning when you want( I mean you can choose the time.)
And I booked a room with breakfast that buffet was quite good. Especially I was in love with coconut bread,,, I really wanted to wrap it in my bag👍
I want to say about pools.
There are 4 pools. The one is for only swimming and the depth is 1.5m and I estimate the length is 40m.
It seems like infinity pools.
And there is the slides that was quite fun for me🌝
And pullman has the tunnel between hotel and beach you can go to the beach very easily and also use the sun beds and towels free(there are Pullman crews). This beach is public but you could feel private.

단점은 냉장고 크기가 작아서 음료몇개밖에 못넣는다는것,,?
조식은 메뉴가 많지는 않지만 서양식 좋아한다면 괜찮음.

Hi, my family like to change hotels to get more experience. And this hotel was the best one. We booked 3 separated rooms. Everything were good, close to the sea, 4 clean swimming pools, rich breakfast, rooms are clean. Staff are friendly, but not everyone can speak English.
Especially want to thanks Eva, for her attitude and care! My children were touched by her little gifts when we left.

Lovely environment, central location, many swimming pools and one is even heated. Breakfast is amazing and lots of cuisines to select from. Beach access yes, but swimming in sea is forbidden.

We had our family reunion at Pullman (4 adults 2 small kids). The 3-room apartment was the right choice: lovely view biiiggg space. Special thanks to Carrie who made our stay awesome. We could contact her with all our needs (extra towels, bathrobes, meals, transport). She was always ready to help. The bbq dinner was delicious. A big thank you to Dean, who was a very attentive waiter. We will come again. Great pools, beautiful beach and breakfast with both Western and Chinese options.

Very nice hotel. Fantastic swimming pools! clean, well-designed, great for the whole family, lifeguards on standby throughout the day. 2 minute walk from the beach. good service. only thing that they could improve is the breakfast. not much choice of meat. sausage and bacon were of poor quality.

Excellent hotel and beautiful stay. Very friendly and helpful stuff, nice room with a grand view to the sea, very clean, enough space and perfect service. (A special thanks to Eva! Perfect communication and additional birthday support) Grand facilities with pool landscape, bars, restaurants and mini convenient store. Nice, long beach a few meters from the hotel. We had a great time, we’ll definitely come back when we visit Hainan again.
