Hotel génial, service au top, personnel agréable, vu magnifique, proche de toutes commodités.

Really nice structure in Saint-Pierre, one km from the city center (nice work to downtown but also practical by car). Hotel structure is not new but well maintained. Most rooms have view on swimming pool and only a few directly on the sea (even if also the other have side view to sea). Room are spacious, with terrace / balcony, and usual appliances / services. Suggested improvements: add more electric plugs and free coffee capsule every day (nonsense have two of them for free if one night stay, and the same two if two week stay). Underground parking is really practical as it is not always for grant to find a spot on the street, and payable only for first 2 nights (10 EUR per night) if you stay longer. We did not tried to restaurant nor the SPA so no comments on this, but it would be interesting in having a flat package for SPA access throughout entire stay instead of paying it a-la-carte. Pool bar is nice and open till late, infinity pool is beautiful with view over the ocean. Beach is not privatized but of immediate access from the premise and usually empty to have a taste of the laguna. Surrounding area is calm and nice with few restaurants and snack bars along the sea-side. Saturday market takes place next to the hotel. Downtown harbor, restaurant and shop are at reasonable distance (but preferable by car if you don't want to walk). Mall very close to hotel (you can even walk to it) and highway access in less than a km.

Too bad we only stayed for 1 night and did not have time to enjoy the pool ! Hotel is great, very new, amazing swimming pool, staff very nice and helpful and very good breakfast. Only bad part is that it’s 25min walking distance from city center, but you can easily take the car to reach it.

Amazing pool, beautiful and comfortable rooms. But service overall is bad or slow: we left the restaurant after 45 min waiting for the waitress to take our order, didn’t even get water to wait + we waited for our cocktails at the pool bar for 30min, we were the only clients and the cocktails were warm + showers are cold, always. We were offered breakfast after calling to mention the cold water, sounds like they do this very often. The lady from the breakfast is very nice, and breakfast is good but certainly not worth the price if you pay for it.

Bon séjour au Battant des Lames. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées. La vue, que ce soit sur l'océan ou sur la piscine est splendide. L'hôtel a un parking souterrain payant. Niveau restauration, c'est sans plus : il n'y a rien d'exceptionnel que ce soit le soir ou au petit-déjeuner, donné sous la forme d'un buffet complet. Le service est en revanche agréable et souriant.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé sur la plage et l’océan indien. Magnifique piscine à débordement donnant sur l’océan. On peut aller à pieds dans le centre-ville en passant par le bord de mer. Super accueil: personnel très gentil à la réception mais aussi au niveau de l’entretien des chambres. Attention sur le site hôtel.com il est indiqué que le Parking est gratuit mais c’est une erreur. Cependant le réceptionniste nous nous l’a pas facturé. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
