Too many people so i was trying to be patient. I got in late and was exhausted after a 4 hour drive. I got a ton of attitude from Jackson but assumed the hotel was busy and probably dealt with a lot. Missed out on my drink vouchers but wasn't really explained the kick back area and all. The next day Justice turned it around a bit but i was told I'd d get a call back about it. Never did. Later that day, I wanted to ask about it all, and sure enougg i got Jackson and my buddy that was with me mentioned that he just had an attitude with me and seemed jusr stans offish from the beginning. Wasnt apologetix or even seem like they gave a damn.
I know he knows who I am and that sucks because theres a bartender with glasses that made one of the better old fashioneds ive ever had.
Like i mentioned Justice was great.
When we did check out a lady I hadnt seen before wanted me to tell her what happened but i was over it all. Kids running around everywhere. Knocking on random doors til 11ish the first night.
I know somethings can't be helped but thatst review for an over priced hotel.

Really enjoy staying at The Drury. Coffee is always available, the included dinner and breakfast is fantastic and the amazing staff seals the deal.

We went to the lobby to get some soda and it wouldn’t work. Staff was talking to each other not too far away. They didn’t offer to help until I approached them. The staff person walked over to the machine and unlocked it then walked away without saying a word or looking at us. We didn’t know that a machine could be locked. So we asked her again and she said to be quick since she has to clean it. Thanks for the bad communication.

Pool was closed early and opened late. After our dinner and and a movie on Valentine's Day. Me and my spouse of 30 yrs went to relax in the pool/ hottub at 945pm and it closed at 10pm. And when I got up to exercise in the morning and try to get a lap in. It did not open 9am. I did not Make the lodging. So I was unaware of the policies. Although, when I found out. I found them to be very restrictive to professionals life style. Open early and stay open late. I personally live by these rules. Other than that. Your business was well kept and fairly well maintained. And your personal was adequate.

I was confused that the front door was always locked but it made sense after hearing there were roving gangs of unhoused people at night. Very good breakfast and free drinks and snacks at dinner time. Really enjoyed the bartender Jorge! He gave me alot of good recommendations for the area as well.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Rooms extremely comfortable; nice to have extra living room space along with mini fridge and microwave. Hotel’s happy hour and breakfast buffets were great. We didn’t even have to leave to get eats. Pool and hot tub clean and inviting. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of hotels.

This place was amazing. Staff were so friendly. You got complimentary drinks at night and some dinner time snacks. The hot tub was nice. Our room was huge we will come back and stay here for sure. I think this might be my favorite hotel stay ever and I'm a avid travler.

I didn't like the noise coming from the floor above. I had to call the front desk the 1st night, and the front desk did contact the other guest(s) above, alerting them of the noise. On the 2nd night, it took two calls, although I feel like the front desk alerted the guests immediately, although the second night, it just continued. I was provided a credit (free night) stay because of this, and I was extremely grateful. I would highly recommend this hotel to people coming to St. Paul for a business or personal stay. Thanks again.
