I chose to book here because the Intercontinental offers room service which is hard to find in other hotels. The room we booked was a private access river view room with breakfast, I thought there would be a different lift (my kid is loud) and I was wrong. We used the same elevator but needed a swipe card to get to our floor. We didn't have a phone in our room, which was weird, however, the front desk texted us and sent someone immediately to handle our room service order, which was great. The room is not very big. Room service and breakfast were great and reasonably priced, and we liked their staff service and food service the most. By the way, parking is valet only and it's not easy to find parking on the streets near the city center.

the staff, valet and maintenance were awesome relaxed and friendly. The service desk was exceptional upon checking in. I would defintely rebook here when in St Paul.

位置方便，夏天到河邊散步應該挺好。但是！！沒有泳池，沒有laundry，隔音不是特別好。反正住一晚就湊合還行吧。

Restaurant closed at 9:45 - should have been open until 10, bar, closed at 9:55 should have been open until 11. Poor Service!

The room was impeccably clean and the beds were amazing. The coffee shop in the lobby has some nice treats. I was worried about staying here with my toddler, but the staff were really accommodating for him even when he was grumpy. Valet parking was a little pricey, but that's the only complaint I had in the middle of a great deal of happy perks.

It was comfortable and loved the window view during nighttime. I also put a sign for a housekeeper to come and clean the room and add new towels before heading out. When we came back to the room from the event to change for dinner, the bed was not made, there were no new towels, and the carpet was not vacuumed. I was a bit disappointed. Other than that, I will definitely try again and come back!

It was an okay experience. My ac control in the room was broke. They told me they turned the ac off for the year. Valet was not there when I checked out and they gave me two different prices on what it would be. I did not get to pay before I left so the hotel charged my card for the valet 74 dollars. And based on their prices and what I was told they either tipped themselves $40 or $10 depending on how many overnights they charged me. I never got a recipe for that charge nor was I contacted before to get the okay to charge my card.

Room was very clean with a spacious bathroom. Check-in was quick and easy, very friendly staff. Our one issue with the room was there the room was very warm and there wasn’t a fan. Even turning down the thermostat didn’t help much, as there was no air flow at all. The other issue we had was there was no parking available at this time, so we either had to pay for valet while we were there ($64 USD), or use a parking garage down the block (which obviously wasn’t an option as we had luggage etc). When you’re staying at a more upscale hotel, we thought they should deduct the price of valet parking, since it was their issue, or at least at a reduced price.
