Very nice hotel in saint john and centrally located. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to amenities and touristic places. Will recommend.

The room was cold. Parking was expensive. No information was given about breakfast. Key didn't work for room, but fortunately a worker happened to be there to manhandle the doorknob so I could enter. Very unfriendly place.

This property is outdated and in need of some renovations. I stayed 3 nights there and it was the worst sleep. The rooms have heaters that make more noise than a tractor trailer. I wasnt able to have a good night's sleep the entire time and the staff said all the rooms are the same. Sheets were dirty and they didnt change them when requested. I will never come back to this place.

What can I say, the Delta by Marriott is just an excellent hotel. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. The bed is unbelievably comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. And in the morning as I was leaving, I met two of the staff in the hall and they were warm and welcoming and asked if I had enjoyed my stay.

Excellent staff, very professional and accommodating. Only issue I had was constant banging of doors that don’t close quietly. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. I will say again, brilliant staff.

Staff was kind and helpful. Maintenance was not good, had to complain several times until things were fixed. Not too clean either: had coffee stains (not from me) on my bed sheets; and the sheets were not changes as expected every three days.
The hotel looks worn down. Carpet needs changing in the rooms.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. I stayed 6 nights and used many of the services and amenities. They inly surprise that there was a daily parking charge.

Cleaning staff knocked 3 times on door and came in the room while we are sleeping between 7-9am. Really not professional. Also the hotel knocked on our door at 5am to slide the bill under our door? Worst hotel experience, could’nt get any sleep. Would not reccomend.
