C Rodrigues Mourouk

We checked in the hotel on 10th of March. We were greeted by Emilia who knows how customer service and care works. She was very humble and sweet in her approach and i strongly believe that she is an asset for the hotel. The hotel had buffet dinner with lesser variety. The main course was not that appetizing for me..( surtout when it comes to a hotel forming part of the Constance group) However the desserts were amazing. What has made this journey of mine disappointing is that the room i was staying had no electricity. For a few mins the electricity came back.. i went to have a bath however to my surprise.. we encountered another power cut that lasted longer.. the room was pitch dark.. i didn’t even have my phone with me(supposedly it was on charge) and i bumped my head with the bathroom door. I had to use look for my way to take my phone in order to grab my clothes. My main concern was that no one even came to inform us about the electricity. Dinner will be starting soon at 7;30 and am not even ready. I strongly believe that they lack in customer care and service. We were left out with no amenities. ( the joyful journey turned out to stressful one) Around 19:10 a maintenance guy came to speak to my neighbors for the electrical issue… cracked some jokes with them….we were outside our room but he didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. This shows that we have been looked differently (Room 301)

We were not sure of what to expect as it had been renovated and changing hands very recently, and we have been regularly staying at Mourouk since 1999/2000. It was a very positive experience. Nice decor, more space in the common area, friendly staff, good food, tidy rooms. The new rooms lack some storage space though, and the shower cabin needs to be reviewed - no door pane to prevent splash all over the floor, the door to the bathroom also not working fine. There are still some finetuning to be done, and the management and team are aware and working it out. Kudos to Percy, Axelle, Christabelle from the restaurant, Chef Billie Joe, Pamela from the Bar, Michelle from the restaurant, among others, who brought that special touch which made our stay most enjoyable. We were also pleased to meet the resident manager, Denis-Claude who was very attentive to all the guests.

We have loved spending these moments there. A special thanks to Francina, Percy and Christabel who made this stay even better with their warm smiles and always checking on us. A great thanks to Guito for his warm welcome 🙏 Hats off to the chef for the tasty dishes

Great service from housekeeping,kids club to restaurant staff. Kudos to the resident manager for interacting with the residents and making us feel at ease. We shall definitely be back with the family.

The host was very nice, and the food was really good. I really recomnd this hotel 10/10 experience! It was really good. And I really liked the room too, everything was perfect.

I really liked the experience, all the staff were really friendly and nice but there weren’t that many options for vegetarians. Overall it was an amazing experience for us.the beach was amazing and the red was an amazing color

The main issues were, as a vegetarian there were limited food options. Also the room was quite small. Otherwise on the good side, The pool was perfect & the beach. The staff were lovely and helpful. Beautiful views as well. Overall, a pretty good hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, food was delicious, staff was helpful and friendly. The management was so accommodating for our school group and always went beyond to making the experience for our children excellent.
