Perfect location for mayo visitor, price is reasonable, facilities are very new. Shuttle bus is great!

We found it to be quite noisy at night and could hear people just talking but also footsteps early in the morning. Not good when you’re trying to rest up for a hospital stay or recover after a hospital stay. Otherwise we love staying here. Hopefully they can get that issue fixed.

I liked the heated parking and the shuttle service to Mayo Clinic. Very convenient. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and great for working remotely during all times of the day. Excellent customer service and the staff was top notch! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

Very nice hotel with free shuttle services to and from the hospital. Everyone working at the hotel were very nice and friendly.
The food at the restaurant was very good with great service.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Be prepared for constant street noise, you may need to use ear plugs for sleeping.
The underground parking is very hand and reasonable at $15 a day.
We would stay here again.

It’s a bit further from the Mayo Clinic than other hotels, but it’s my new favorite Rochester hotel. It is very new, exceptionally clean, and close to the hospital.

Clean and pleasant rooms, fitness and renewable energy focused, and accommodating to Mayo clinic patient and family. I would definitely stay here again.

I always stay here when I come to visit my son. It is always an easy check-in, clean, and the parking is easy and underground, so I never have to worry about getting to the car in crazy weather.

Two of us stayed for 2 nights and we were issued 4 BF coupons. We did not use 2 coupons on the first day but we presented all 4 coupons on the 2nd day for BF. The cook/waiter said he would accept only 2 coupons. Then we approached the front desk , so he told the cook to accept all 4 but she made 3 BFs and rejected the 4th one. Then we complained again to the front desk which made the cook to accept the 4th one. The cook was lazy.

We had an amazing stay, and probably one of the best experiences at any hotel we’ve ever stayed. The hotel, staff, food, and atmosphere made our experience memorable.
