No comment service toujours impeccable (merci Naima) , merci le chef ... Petite suggestion un coin SPA (Jacuzzi privatif serait vraiment un plus !!) et une salle fitness ; cela conforterai le coté classe de cet hôtel et hausserai son niveau de prestation !! Pensez y sérieusement Merci

El hotel está muy bien situado en un bonito paseo fluvial y muy cerca del centro al que se llega tranquilamente a pie.
Pero nuestra habitación era minúscula, con moqueta en el suelo, lo que en estos tiempos no es lo más recomendable y unos cortinones bonitos pero con manchas. Y lo peor fue el water, que está en un espacio tan minúsculo que o no cierras la puerta o si la quieres cerrar tienes que pegarte a la pared y hacer malabarismos.
El hotel tiene un parking de solo unas pocas plazas pero en las inmediaciones hay bastante aparcamiento gratis y también de pago.

Beautiful air conditioned hotel with a pool, in a great setting around the old Naval dockyard. Ideally situated to visit Royan and La Rochelle.

A lovely quiet Hotel away from the crowns in La Rochelle. We chose this location as the Hotel next to the rope works looks interesting and not disappointed. The rooms were perhaps a little small but the service was great from all the staff and with my dietary issues the restaurant staff really tried to help

The hotel was very nice, however our meal at the hotel dinning room was subpar. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. Someone forgot our order and we waited over two hours for our dinner to arrive. We saw people seated after us get meals and no one came to explain or apologize. Once the food arrived it was bland and cold.

Wonderful stay, the bed was to die for, staff were lovely and the hotel location was great. The breakfast was excellent too. Its so peaceful, no passing traffic, surrounded by lovely gardens next to the river Charente. We will be back

A 12 year old child is classed as an adult. We haven’t booked! Since when did a 12 year old become an adult?! I find it absurd that I cannot book a family room for my family of four. Surely this should be personal preference and not company policy!
