Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, el hotel cuidado al máximo detalle, limpieza impecable, personal super amable en especial Richard el camarero del restaurante y muy buena calidad de la comida. La tranquilidad del lugar y el entorno que le rodea transmite mucha paz. Recomendado 100%

Incredible place to relax and enjoy nature while being surrounded by the most friendliest staff with great options for food. Location is perfect, close to all main attractions yet away from the busy enhancing a relaxed environment. Fully equipped with dedicated space for the working yet inviting for this who just want to relax. Rooms need a little warmth to make it feel more cozy and without stable WiFi it might be frustrating to use the room’s amenities - very simple and our room overlooked the pool which was lovely to wake up to. Thank you for hosting us so well at theLab - we enjoyed the personalities of the pups as well.

We had absolutely a beautiful time at the LAB. The views are stunning, our apartment had a lovely veranda from which we looked over the mountains. The swimming pool! Amazing! Infinity pool overlooking the lake. And on top of it having a massage across the lake. Very friendly staff, good food, lovely wines. The hosts (Rita and her husband) were great and very welcoming. We will definitely come back!

We had a great time at theLAB Robertson. Warm welcome, great service by friendly personnel. Hi-tech rooms with voice control of light and music. The breakfast was truly excellent. Good communication before arrival.

Lovely location. Lovely host. Lovely accommodation with computer in room for lights and music. Nice big pool. Nice breakfast. Bird-watchers paradise. Jacuzzi is on all the time in room. Nothing to complain about.

A Beautiful Setting. we stayed in the rooms with the hot tub. Lots of smart home features, very pretty outlook, very clean and comfy bed. Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. Also made a special vegan breakfast for me. Only thing was we could hear clearly, the conversation of the people in the room next to us.

Myself and my partner and my partners sister, her partner and children stayed at the LAB Robertson at the end of January. We received a warm welcome from staff from the minute of unpacking our car and they assisted with our luggage. Myself and my partner were kindly upgraded to the Honeymoon suite which was stunning with its own jacuzzi and private sun deck. We had a lovely afternoon by the pool and the bar staff were so attentive providing refreshing drinks. The hotel has incredible views of the hills and we all felt instantly relaxed. We had the most incredible evening meal at the hotel restaurant so a huge thank you to the amazing chef. I had the lamb shank which was the best lamb shank I have ever had and the others had steaks which were cooked to perfection. The rooms are great size with big comfy beds and great facilities. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and are a credit to the hotel. Our only downfall is only staying one night! We will definitely return to stay longer next time! We will be recommending this stunning hotel to all our friends and family. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

theLAB Robertson exceeded our exceptions by far. I planned a break-away weekend for myself and my daughters. The locations suited us perfectly, surrounded by vineyards, mountain backdrops and magnificent sunsets. Rita and her staff were wonderful in every way. We loved our family room with the jacuzzi. The shower was fantastic with it's high tech switch to control the water temperature. But its the staff that stands out at this establishment. We were received with a warm welcome, enjoyed personal service at the lovely swimming pool with cocktail served. (Best Cosmopolitans in the Western Cape) We enjoyed a beautiful prepared dinner, overlooking the magnificent valley. The Risotto needs a special mention. Prins and the team again delivered topnotch service.

What a beautiful place. Latest technology and your own private jacuzzi was lovely. Definitely a must visit. The breakfast was top notch and so filling. The pool overlooking the beautiful green space is so stunning.
