The staff were friendly but the hotel itself is really ran down. I was traveling alone with my daughter and the first room we got checked into was full of someone else’s stuff so they gave us another room. The locks in the new room did not work and made me feel unsafe. We ended up going to a different hotel.

The desk clerk was great. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture was a little beat up. The toilet seat was cracked.

The guy in the morning said breakfast was gone due the crowd at 4:45 am. Well that’s funny since I was at the vending machine that took my money 2 times. There was not even coffee at 8am. He offered me a honey bun and 1 yogurt for myself and my disabled wife. He told me to have a nice day ! I said I won’t and he replied good. The building smelled awful.

Bathroom fixtures and electrical devices need major upgrade. Towel had stains, pillow had a long hair on it, tile in shower needs major cleaning

The hotel is old and run down and not being kept up. Sheets had holes. No coffee maker in room and no breakfast in the morning. Nobody at front desk for check out.
The young man at the front desk impressed nobody with his anti-American rhetoric and pseudo intellectual opinions

We are Senior friends traveling together the outside door didn’t lock and several people all gathering at door and smoking. The TV didn’t work even after someone coming to fix it. There was a singing cricket in the bathroom that we couldn’t find .

******* messed up the booking information after changing the date, the hotel employee who checked me in solved the issue despite it being a difficult process on his end. Great rooms and overall stay before backpacking in the mountains.
