Habitaciones limpias, amable servicio de recepción. El restaurante y el bar están cerrados, pero están justo enfrente de la fábrica de tabaco y la comida y el ambiente son increíbles. Excelente ubicación y área segura para caminar por las calles también. ¡Seguro que volveremos!

Absolutely terrible. The staff are so rude, the property old and run down, beds terrible! Save your money and go somewhere else

Stayed here for a work trip. I like this hotel as it is always clean, rooms are quiet, and staff is pleasant and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to a number of local restaurants and the historic area of the city and government offices.

I picked this place because the price was great on comparison to other downtown hotels. That should’ve been my red flag but I also noticed the avg review was over 8.0 so i figured it would be fine. The building is old and has not been recently renovated. Overall just felt old and dirty. I actually had to buy shower shoes to feel comfortable taking a shower or even walking around on the carpet. Also the night staff that greeted me when I checked in was pretty ride. The gentleman who checked me out the next morning was much better! Neighborhood is great just spring for the pricier hotels!

Everything was fine, but a generally ordinary hotel. I didn't have a restaurant or bar (that I could see) but a very good bar/restaurant right across the street.

Quaint hotel with character and charm right in the middle of Shockoe area. Huge room, comfortable bed, very clean. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
