Though I stayed during remodeling I was most pleased with this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I even got the pleasure to have a conversation with the owner and he is the perfect man for the new journey of his life!
As stated , I was there during the remodel so I am looking forward to seeing the changes in the dining room and breakfast area. What I saw was going to be absolutely beautiful!

Staff is very friendly but I paid for a suite that was supposed to slept 5. They said they don’t have a suite that sleeps 5 and gave me a standard room with two queen beds. Still charged me the suite price.

The staff was great and the facilities were clean and comfortable for the most part. I found the bed to be a bit hard, but not enough to complain about.
The location is well placed right on main street with the business district directly to the south and a nice park to the east. I would stay here again.

Great spot for the October 14, 2023 Annular Eclipse!
Would definitely stay again. Room 201 was a bit odd. We were concerned about the noise during the evening, but it was nice and quiet all night. If you're visiting, you might pick a different room (it's right off the lobby)--but we slept very well.

Best option considering the cost benefit. The hotel room is nice and clean, the breakfast is hot and delicious and the staff is amiable and professional.

Biggest downside was this hotel has NO ELEVATOR! We were in the basement and the internet was terrible. The tv remote never worked (even after they brought us new batteries). Bathroom amenities were stingy. But room was spacious and decent. Breakfast was good and overall it was better than our friends’ stays in other Richfield hotels.
