Stopped off at the Indaba Lodge in Richards Bay on our way to the Kruger Park to break the trip from Durban - was a good move , we were given a lovely room , huge in fact. Hotel staff were friendly. we did not get much time to explore the hotel due to time constraints but it is undergoing some upgrades including a new conference facility, we look forward to returning to this venue

I think you should add traditional food that can attract other people especially tourists that will be a good idea ,add more attractions and games activities or make a competition game that will attract people and add a place where children's can be free play anything that they want to play or add another menu that children's can like it

We were attending the biggest event in Meer En Sea Kasi Affairs 2023❤️😍 we had such a lovely stay, the place was very clean and neat, I will be visiting again soon. The staff is so welcoming, I'll definitely recommend the place

Our stay can only be summed up as horrible experience with no water coming out on the bathtub while basin had albeit cold. Dirty too. In the morning, we were moved to a better room but lower than the package we had paid for.

Great place in RichardsBay. The premises are safe, rooms always clean, friendly staff and the lodge offers value for money. I enjoyed my stay in Richardsbay with great access to internet, safe parking space and a wonderful environment.

Coffee cups in the room are dirty. The room has been poorly cleaned. Desk chair is broken. You need to balance yourself when working. No towels in the room. Had to call reception to request towels. Dining room service is poor. The tables are sticky and canteen style.

This place has so much potential but just run down. Check in was slow. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room smelled like cigarette bomb when you enter the room. The carpets were dirty with lots of bugs on the carpet. No hairdryer. Only one bath towel. The bathroom was moldy. I feel that with a bit of TLC this place could be great. It would not take much to get this place up to a higher standard. Checked out after one night.

Our rooms were nice and clean the braaing area was cool only the sound that were not allowed but all it was perfect we are looking foward to go back there their service was great even though we did not got the discount since we were booking 9 sharing rooms..But all in all rooms were pretty much perfect even the view we were taking pictures

I booked online 2 rooms for 4 people. The booking was confirmed they sent us email Indeed it was two rooms one with a king bed and the other with 2 double beds. The day before the trip we received on other email confirming our booking. When we arrived at the reception they said the is no room under my name I showed them the email they asked me to forward the email to them, after a while everything that was written on the email changed and the room was one room with 2 bedrooms, I asked them how did they changed it. They said it's the email I sent to them, I asked if it is possible to share a room with kids, non responded to that, we had to leave and find the place that would accommodate us and kids. We were so dissapoited about their doing
