Venezia Resort Hotel

Lovely clean hotel friendly staff now for the not so good terrible food everything tastes the same so bland save yourself some pain don't go all inclusive dine out even the a la carte restaurant on site was dull to make things worse the manager of the food court was rude to guests and his staff we spent a whole week feeling sorry for the people and staff he picked on sending 80year old men back to change from sandals to shoes as it wasn't dress code yet women where fine to wear flip-flops sliders really whatever moaning at his staff for not working fast enough when they were working damn hard this put my family and other guests at a point where it was like impossible to relax around meal times apart from this man the rest of the staff were excellent we won't be coming back thats for sure so if you want to relax choose a different hotel

This resort is really nice, just a couple downsides, adults only pool is gorgeous, staff amazing, food is great lots of choices, room was great nice and cleaned regularly, Downsides were no water in fridges if wanted you had to buy a bottle from shop and refill at restaurants, bring your own towels as its 15 euros deposit, no spirits in adult only area, only local spirits in bars, 2 cocktails available free the rest you have to pay for Absolutely beautiful location a bit far out but the bus they provide is ok but doesn't go a night, Had a lovely holiday

Had a lovely stay at Venezia resort. Was myself and my daughter we both loved it . Had an issue at the start with our room but Stergos was great and sorted it for us . Very well ran hotel all staff work very hard . I’d like to also give a special mention to the restaurant guys who all work extremely hard but the guy with glasses is lovely always working away the lady is also always smiling. Would definitely return x

Food good thou severe lacking of variety of fruit...apples every day! Staff friendly and helpful. All inclusive drinks and snacks poor. Only beer and local spirits. Cocktails, smoothies and slushies all extra. No nibbles throughout day. Pool freezing! Glad we didn't have kids with us. Shower facilities for early check out inadequate...only cold water with no working lock on any mens toilets or shower and handheld shower head. Toilets also constantly out of toilet paper.

First time staying at the Venezia and will definitely return. Great amenities, the food and drinks were good. Very clean, we opted for the private roof top terrace with jacuzzi. Good location, bus stop outside the hotel or 10euros in a taxi down to the town centre. Bars open til 11pm with the usual help yourself beer pump and soft drinks. Staff very friendly and so hospitable. Special mention to Stergos the guest relation rep. He was so helpful and such a nice guy, a credit to the hotel. We had an issue with a booking mix up and he sorted it out no problem. All in all a decent hotel, clean and friendly.

Hotel was very well presented & clean, staff friendly, location was ok, we enjoyed the walk down to town & back after evening meal. The "Alcohol" was mediocre but as using local drinks was as expected. Bus stop outside hotel took you straight to Rhodes town for 2.50€. Hotel room was borderline basic even though called a Superior room. The furniture was dated and poorly maintained, the wardrobe was falling apart & opening the sliding doors was a farce. The shower was compact, shower head was old and leaked all over the bathroom floor which made it very slippy whilst in use, had to hold shower to control flow over body if left in wall holder it just moved until it was showering outside the cubicle. There was nowhere to set down your soap or bathroom items within the wash space. Also no shelves or hooks to hang clothes on within the room. There was a soap dispenser like you would find on the wall of a public bathroom and the soap dispensed was of low quality (but we had our own so of little consequence) The food was often warm/cold but due to the buffet style delivery this is as expected, they supply a microwave to reheat that was beneficial. All the soft drinks were cheap copies of the originals and not good at all. Although the hotel was a short walk to Faliraki the foot paths are rough in places and a trip hazard. The view from the hotel was ok although around the hotel there are a lot of unfinished or derelict buildings giving the area the feeling that it has passed its prime and maybe in severe decline. Some guests complained that the rooms with private pools around the main pool did not get enough sun and were unusable due to being cold. The Marrakesh Oasis was a pleasant surprise but if they want to sell it as an oasis of calm perhaps heating the pool would help, also it seems to have been rushed to complete as the snagging hadn’t been completed (urinal on floor in wc). We were provided with complementary meal in new facility which was the highlight of the week the staff & chef were exceptional. We booked a late deal for a reasonably priced holiday early in the season so got a package of that value, in our opinion parts were below par and therefore we would not go back to this hotel.

Good friendship, very interesting different food yummy, swimming pool, more fun event idea, nearly beach and sea. Clean and tidy room is perfect. I love it Greece Rhodes! We will again booking soon

Just back from a fabulous week at Venetzia. This will be a lengthy review but hopefully reflect the whole experience and make you want to come! Staff - brilliant, all super friendly and helpful. Shout out in particular to lovely receptions staff, Olga in Marakech, charles and Maria at bar. Rooms - we had superior room above reception area and a roof top solarium with hot tub. Room small but modern and comfortable. Roof top fabulous view and sun all day. Watch out I bet this will be a cauldron of heat in summer no shade and no umbrella on the roof top. Hot tub lovely although we had a few issues with temperature and locking controls all sorted after a trip to reception x Food - very good for AI typical breakfast and lots of options for lunch dinner. Food could be hotter but there is microwaved if needed. Greek night lovely, Indian night was a let down for me as I love curry. Don’t be expecting your Indian favourites here. BIG SHOUT OUT to the marakech aka carte. Lovely menu and fabulous food Cooked by the nicest humblest chef I have met - well done chef! Finally lovely snack bar serving pizza burger chips gyros all day long yum yum. Out side areas - resort set on four levels with ramps and steps access. My wife has mobility issues and managed ok but be seated it is set in hillside. Pools lovely loads of sun beds in each area. Best area for sure is the new Marakech Oasis of Pleasure. Adults only, high end sun beds great staff chilled out beats. This area would is stand out and wouldn’t be out of place in a 5 star top end resort. Drinks- typical AI, beer good, wine drinkable both self serve. spirits canny. In summary if you like an great all round all inclusive then you will not be disappointed here just go and book it . We will certainly recommend to friends and be back in the future. Thanks for reading!!!!

Currently staying in the Venezia resort hotel and having an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and the Marrakech oasis of pleasure is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the sun as it is adult only. A special mention to the receptionist Stergos for being so welcoming and helpful. We were not happy with the room we were checked in to as we really wanted a balcony and this one only had a terrace without a view. Stergos promised if we came back the next day he would do everything he could to get us a better room. It was looking like it wasn’t going to be an option but he was able to come through and got us the perfect room. Excellent customer service thank you very much
