Overall our stay was acceptable but not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Indications were that the hotel’s management is focused on cost savings verses customer service. As example, the shower water temperature is regulated at warm+ verses the heat that I normally shower with. Room service is by request 24 hours in advance or at least by the night before. We were not made aware of this at check in. Even though it is printed on the door key holder, we did not notice it; thus, the 1st day we were without clean towels. When we left the room that morning, I requested towels from the hotel staff at the front desk and when we returned later in the day, two bath towels and one small bar of soap were provided but no hand towels and the used towels were left piled up on the bathroom floor. Thus, I had to request hand towels and the pickup of the used towels. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t get hot enough to dry hair in what I consider a reasonable amount of time. It took my wife “forever”, to get her hair dry after taking her morning shower. The breakfast food is excellent; however, the seating area in the dining area is limited and some of the chairs at the tables are too low for guests to comfortably sit and eat their food. Thus, we saw hotel guess moving chairs around to get ones that were at the right height. Also, the coffee area is out by the front desk which means guests have to leave the dining area to get their morning coffee and use caution because transporting
