Nothing more disappointing than seeing the kids faces when they see the pool closed for renovations. No mentioned of this on their website. Oh, it gets worse. The room smelled toxic and found out new wallpaper and paint was just done. Guess they didn't allow time for curing. Wait, there's more! There is absolutely no shower pressure at all. You're better off taking a bucket and dumping it on. The worst part is asking for some kind of competition and hear a little giggle like I was joking. Anger almost won. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN.

This was better than sleeping in my car. I'm sure the place will be better after they finish renovating. Roof leaked in the food area, but it doesn't rain much in Redding, so perhaps that is not unusual. Elevator needs some attention.

Whole entire hotel is under renovations. Hotel should close until finished. Not even discounted prices for no amenities available. Went during Labor Day so unable to change hotels due to availability. Should be warned of construction due to dust and unsafe walking paths.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty rooms. Dirty beds. Terrible breakfast if that’s what you want to call it. Awful staff. No pool. This hotel has 184 1 star reviews before this one. Let’s make it 185. Look elsewhere!

The literal nastiest fool I’ve ever stayed in. Floored is flour and stained. Beds had plastic on them … apparently owners are remodeling and want to keep plastic from when purchased on. Not even sure that is safe. Suffocation hazard? Holes in floor. Mold on shower. Absolutely horrid. Avoid avoid avoid. Owners apparently are being slum lords.

Very disappointed! It was advertised to have amenities such as a gym, which was no longer available. Under construction... Each room does not have a refrigerator and microwave. Had to request a different room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable with no extra blankets in the room. The coffee is only presented with powdered creamer. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Im not a picky person , I am not a picky person. Military veteran, so I’m used to seeing things in a different light.
