We generally like Super 8 for value and cleanliness during a road trip. This property was BY FAR the worst we have ever stayed in. The bed was uncomfortable; the floor was falling apart as was the furniture. The TV reception was inadequate. The "breakfast" was laughable. Another experience like this one will make us go elsewhere. We were already booked in Portland and it was SLIGHTLY better but still quite inadequate. You must be falling apart. I'd think that after the dismal years of pandemic you'd be working extra hard--but instead the staff, especially in Portland, made us feel like we were an interruption to whatever else they were chatting about. Very poor customer service in both locations.

I don't really know Redding that well but I can say this is the nicest Super 8 I've ever stayed at and I stay in a lot of hotels for work. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and facilities and in what seems to be a decent neighborhood. Very close to shopping and food as well as right off the freeway.

Went in our room and there was ********** and debris in the bed. Then went to use the toilet and there was urine and ********** on the toilet seat. Obviously not cleaned.

The room was decent, wifi didn’t work for tv, morning breakfast wasn’t what I expected for the price of the room. But overall for an over night stay, not bad

It was easy to get to... They reception/clerk was Super friendly and helpful.
Only complaint on the room was that Even for a pet friendly room, and it WAS clean.. it smelled like a kennel /gym locker. VERY Strong funk. BUT. It served the purpose.. Staff was Very Nice

Transit stay overnight. Easy to get to off major freeway. Ample, well lit parking. Serves continental type breakfast from 6am-10am, with coffee available 24 hrs. Clean rooms with hairdryer and mini-fridge.

The property was filthy and had roaches. I will never again book a Super 8 motel. Very disappointed; booked through ******* and the motel would not refund stating that a screen was damaged. Maybe the screen was old.

AC didnt work. I had to ask the staff to help. They tried to change my room instead of fixing it. I felt for the price I paid, it is not worth it. The breakfast was not good. I found out the bed sheets dirty. Only pro was I did not find bed bugs.

I’ve stayed here twice while passed through. It’s a good value but also a bit run down. My first room smelled like human urine but they swiftly moved me to a new room. Front desk is always helpful and friendly. Both times I’ve been here, people (guests?) have lingered in the parking lot which is a noise issue and maybe a safety issue.
