pros: value for money stay (stayed for 3 nights on 4,5,6th may 2023). Ranjit (at reception and booking) was very cooperative and courteous. breakfast was good. had one dinner there (veg and non veg). good preparation and quantity. room was big. cleanliness was good. tea (room service) was good. air conditioning in room and bed was fine. quality of sleep (important for us) was very good. did not get disturbed in night. they have done a good thing that bar and restaurant is separate. so does not disturb families. parking was there. very near railway station. cons: 1. (something which they can improve) requesting the housekeeping to change the soap they give in the toiletries. the soap does not give any foam!!! housekeeping please use the soap for yourself once and you will know what i am talking about. 2. (something which is not in their hands) the hotel is near a fish factory. so the whole 1-2 km area has 24/7 smell of fish in the air. but the smell doesn't enter the rooms if you keep the doors closed. overall: 4/5 will be my rating. good stay. will visit again.

Staff is so polity. Special Thank to Akshay,Mahesh, Ranjeet and Kadam. For the best service. Food is very delious as compare to the price. Hygiene aslo maintain. Cleaning is good. Taking proper take of the guest.

Sangam Regency is a decent hotel very close to Ratnagiri station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food quality is good and economical. Service is good with a courteous staff. The hotel is very calm and quite without any disturbance. Good for both business and family stays.

An excellent place to stay that too at walking distance from ratnagiri station.. Neat n clean n spacious rooms.. Breakfast provided is wholesome n tasty.. clean bathrooms with towels.. toiletries.. hair oil.. comb...shaving kit.. TV, AC.. clean n comfortable bedding.. Restaurant n Bar providing tasty food at reasonable rates.. Overall pleasant place to add up to the good memories of ratnagiri.. Worth every single penny u spend.. Would surely visit again n again..
