Horrible stay They charged for cost of bedsheet pillow cover. Reason : tilak from my forehead touched them.Stain could have been removed by normal wash.They could have recover cost by charging For laundary cost also.

Remember these two incredible ***ager’s who don’t fail to surprise you with an excellent hospitality. Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely in house restaurant by Capitol Residency. Great Experience.

Very nice and generous behaviour of all the staff members and house keeping ***ager.And, best hospitality service ever seen. Hygiene was maintained .........Will revisit again for any personal and family trip. Thank you!!

Very bad service..I found 8-10 hu*** hairs in my food and despite complaining the same staff was not apologetic for the same.And to top of it they didn’t have courtesy to remove that small food bill from my overall bill though I didn’t asked them as well to remove that

This was probably my 3rd stay in Capitol Residency. Right from the gate security *** to the reception desk, in-room dining to restaurant staff all are friendly and genuinely welcoming. Nice, comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast spread is great.. Had some snacks (veg/non-veg) they were delicious.. overall a great stay.. location is great

Response of the team is slow. Cook doesn't understand taste of food.despite this food charges like 5 star hotel but other all facilities room size and food quality is like economy hotel only. Not recommended for corporated

Comfortable stay thanks Capitol residency,clean room and gud service,hassle free check in & cooperative staff at desk and at service.food quality is also gud and affordable and location is just 100mtrs from Ranchi Railway station.

Matress and pillows were very soft and fluffy. Washroom and rooms were very clean and neat. Staff behaviour very good and friendly. Food quality is good and so is the room service. Car rental service and their drivers were too good.
