We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & ***aged to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

I came with my family for Lunch, the food quality is very poor. Doesn't feel like start categary hotel brand. We ordered Dimsim, the food was given is MOMO Street side one. This was my first time and last time. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏.

My go to place to stay in Hyatt raipur whenever I have to stay in raipur. The ambience and service is unmatched.This time the experience was surreal as we went there for our birthday celebration and it was made an out of this world by the guidance of mr kartik and mr Abhishek the duty ***ager and resturant staff Monisha left no stone unturned to make it an out of this world experience. A special and heart felt thanks to them feeling so overwhelmed.

Unbelievably rude behavior by the front office ***ager known as Mr Mohanti. On a Saturday night on the 30th of March I went out to have a good time at the Hyatt and all was going well until I asked for the bill and the staff decided to just give me an amount verbally without giving me a written bill. When I insisted on the bill, I saw that the bill was lesser than what was being quoted to me by the wait staff. Then I decided to speak with the front office ***ager. The front office executives brought in a surly chap called Mr Mohanti who was dripping contempt. When I saw his arrogance, I put my foot down and became affirmative. That's when all hell broke loose. The lunatic started yelling at the top of his voice, addressing me as 'bloody'. When I asked him to behave, he said that he doesn't know how to behave. I have recordings of what happened and I will upload it if I am allowed to. If I was at some cheap roadside joint that caters to the average Joe, this incident would have been a non event. But when you're patronizing the Hyatt, one expects an entirely different class of service. And the staff are very well trained to handle difficult situations and defuse them. This gentle*** took a routine complaint and blew it out of proportion because of his callous behavior. I am utterly stunned by the utter lack of customer centricity that was displayed. The head of security was in fact better prepared to handle this matter than the buffoon who I had an argument with. Talk about completely ruining a customer's weekend Hyatt.

One of the best staff, hotels, food, rooms ever.. I stay at Hyatt always. It's my only choice.The buffet is v well planeed & taste is good. They have been nice to book room on short notice too. Gunjan really ***ages the stay arrangements very nicely.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic.The property and the services are of the utmost best quality.The staff is very helpful and prompt in their response. Overall a good experience,would recommend anyone who is travelling for work.
