Really nice room, but as this is off season a bit of noise during the day due to renovation on top floor

Overall this property is unique and well maintained. Staff portray much pride in the hotel, bar and restaurants. There is a smile on everyone's face including the quests.

The staff were terrific and the room was great. Heated floors in the bathroom, water provided and a coffee/tea bar was the best with the Nespresso machine. We even were welcomed by a handwritten note

Service was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and was fully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The hotel took especially good care of my family and made sure that we had everything we needed.

From the moment we pulled up out front, to the moment we drove away, the staff and facilities of this wonderful hotel impressed us beyond measure. Every tiny detail is put in place, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay simply amazing. This is now our favorite hotel - literally in the world! And we will return for sure. Located on the edge of Old Quebec City, it is convenient to everything you want in a visit to Quebec City. Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful experience!!
