My stay was comfortable….Everything is good room is Well maintained…All stay fine ..Dhaba is good at the hotel ..Food was delicious and especially Would like to mention Yashwany Vidya They have cleaned my rooms and Aniket in housekeeping Was very helpful..Whenever I called housekeeping I made greeting with Smooth voice…Thanks to all

The Hotel is good And Staff also At the reception Shubham and I was a good experience I asked regarding laundry to housekeeping and they took my laundry for washing really happy to stay here ... There is a person in housekeeping #Aniket very helpful.. he helped me regarding Laundry thanks Aniket will visit again

Had a great time catching up with old family friends at Dhaba. The food and service were excellent. We were served some great food and cocktails by Mr. Hi***chal , Bikash and Fulchand . They were extremely cooperative and polite and made sure that all the guests are enjoying their meal . The focal point of Dhaba was the live chat counter , it was just like an icing on the cake .

Service is good, ambience and essence are definitely excellent. Helping Staff: Prashant Aniket, Sutana, Kinjal and Pratik. Furniture and Bath Tub I like. Breakfast was good quality. Security and luggage pickup staff are very polite. Laundry and Cloth washing is quickest amongst lot of other hotels I have stayed in.

An excellent all inclusive option, family friendly. Hi***chal at the restaurant was the epitome of exemplary customer service. An overall excellent experience I would definitely return with the family. The buffet offered was definitely worth the price, All the staff including Mr. Fulchand , Shivani , Dinesh , Shashi were exceptional. The personalized attention, remembering guests name and their company and playing music accordingly was heartwarming. We chose this place based on other reviews as the feedback was that , it’s value for money and I agree and will recommend others too .

It's very nice to stay here. Food quality and taste is also good. Special Thanks to Service Persons , Because there behavior and politeness is really nice. Apart from this some of the things need to improve. 1) Room Key Not Working is the one of the major drawback. 2) Room Service after 11 PM was getting Poor. Repeated follow-up is require for service, Sometimes need to Come to Reception physically for getting the service. 3) No Ventilation or Exhaust Fan present inside Bathroom

Excellent hospitality consistent from ***y years Have always been staying in this property whenever visiting pune, better hospitality each time , even though the staff keeps changing, though the property requires renovation and attention but excellent services make us go back again and again. Specially the food festivals and offers are fascinating . Special thanks to Mr. Fulchand , Paul and Hi***chal for a good dining experience.

Mr Aniket, Mr Bhagwan, Very good room environment. Bed Cline is more actreactive. Rest room is very neat and cline. Compared to other hotel housekeeping more efficiently worked to make room cline. They are more attention to doing their work. Thanks to overall team.
