Hotel encantador, cómodo y tranquilo con una ubicación conveniente en el centro de la ciudad. Bonito patio privado en la azotea. Personal amable y servicial!!! Buen desayuno incluido. La habitación estaba tranquila para estar en una zona concurrida. Yo recomendaria.

Nos encantó el personal y la habitación estaba bien equipada y impecablemente limpia. Estaba bien ubicado para acceder a los sitios, a media cuadra del anfiteatro con una linda vista de las ruinas desde la ventana de nuestra habitación, muy cerca de San Giusto y Piazza della Borso, pero ubicado en una calle tranquila en un vecindario seguro. Mi única queja: la habitación era bastante pequeña y el baño estrecho. Sin embargo, volvería a este lugar una y otra vez porque el personal me pareció muy servicial.

Excelente ubicación y lindo lugar. Personal amable. El aire acondicionado en ruinas era un poco temperamental y el suelo del baño/ducha estaba muy resbaladizo cuando estaba mojado.

My fiancé and I are on a eurotrip, we were driving to Pula from Prague. Keep in mind this hotel has a small staff. If you check in after a certain time, they will have to leave you instructions to enter. The location is perfect. However, the shower was stopped up, the air conditioning ran but didn’t cool. The breakfast, is at a restaurant not far from the accommodations and was very good. The parking is ridiculously hard to find, do not recommend. We parked on the street because we couldn’t locate the parking and got a ticket. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

Run away from this hotel. One of the worse hotel I have ever done in my life. If you want to sleep at night, which seems to me the basic function of an hotel, then run away from this place. It is located in the middle of the most noisy street of Pula and the isolation of the windows and walls is useless. Until midnight the whole city is bellow your window eating and playing music. And after midnight, when shops and restaurants are closed, you have every 5 minutes a group of drunk people shouting and waking you up. Add to that that the bed is for 1 person and half and not 2 and that for all that poor service you pay nearly 250€ per night and you get one of the worse hotel ever seen. Do not trust comments telling you “in the center of the city but calm”. This is far from being true. The minimum we would have appreciated would be a warn from the hotel in the description about the noise so to be able to choose correctly another place. Finally, the staff is incredibly bad. 3 examples: the only solution they had for the noise was to ask us if we had closed the window correctly… which of course had always been the case. The only restaurant they could advice was the one next to the hotel with which they have a deal. And finally we asked if it was possible to swim in Brijuni and they thought it was not possible which was wrong. This quality of service and of the rooms is not acceptable for such a price.

I spent 2 nights at the Villa and was very impressed. It was difficult to get to by car. The navigator did not help. Park on a side street and walk to hotel, they will help direct you to the parking area. The rooms are comfortable but be ready to walk some stairs. The location is very central and easy walk to most of the sites.

Zentrales Hotel in Pula

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the centre, Pula. It has a very nice room, and wonderful staff. Good hospitality and also amazing jaccuzi. In the radious of 200m you have a lot of restourants that you can go to and good lounge bars. You will not regreat staying here.

Eigen parkeergelegenheid om de hoek. Centric en stijlvol hotel aan voetgangersstraat. Lift naar de meeste kamers. Goede kamer met koffie en thee. Op het dakterras een grote luxe jacuzzi (badjas aanwezig) en relax stoelen (zon of schaduw). Ontbijt is een straatje verder op bij restaurant Bistro Alighieri (van Dante), vanaf 8 uur. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en op elke straathoek een A**. Hoewel we de kamer goed afsloten stond deze wagenwijd open na een dag in de stad. bed was niet opgemaakt of handdoeken vervangen. De vorige dag was het badmadje niet vervangen of de prullenbak leeggemaakt . Ik moest zelf de koffers van de lift naar de tussen verdieping dragen. De koffie thee werd niet bijgevuld, maar kreeg we l supply uit de keuken. Kortom de service was slecht . We hadden nog nooit ergen meegemaakt ( in 40 jaar) dat de kamer wagenwijd openstond.
