The hotel was very dirty and old, and the layout was very odd.  Their staff weren’t smiley and were away from the desk most hot of the time. Wouldn’t go back there again

This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was great and very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a great start after a good night sleep. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean.

非常滿意的一次入住，我們是從黃石回拉斯維加斯在鹽湖城要住一晚，市區的酒店都很貴，就在網上找到了一下，沒想到給了我驚喜，早餐和服務都非常的棒房間裏的設施，雖然有些陳舊，但是很乾凈。價格也不貴，所以給全五分。

物美價廉，游泳池大，水最深160米.到晚上九點。和酒店一起的一個牛排館，味道不錯，價格合理，值得推薦

It was what I expected for the price.
The room was clean, but worn out.
The bathroom was not cleaned well after the last guest. There was hair in the soap dish, crunchy brown stuff on the shower wall. Things just felt dingy, like it needed a good wipe down and a fresh coat of paint.
The staff were all fantastic and quite friendly.
It was quiet and I felt safe, especially being a woman traveling alone.
The bed was comfy and the pillows were delightfully squishy.

Staff wasn't overly friendly, but they quickly checked me in. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, though just warm. I ate at eight but it should have been kept warmer for the entire scheduled breakfast time. Check out was quick and easy.

Room was filthy the TV worked about half the time.. when we attempted to get a bottled water we were told they didn't carry any water for sale the entire staff has a terrible attitude! Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel
