Prineville Best Wesrern was very quiet and clean. The breakfasts were great with a wide selection for all tastes. The indoor pool and spa was clean and bever crowded. All movie channels and grocery store and food places in same parking lot. Even a breweryacross the street to unwind.. overall I recommend this best western.

My room was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub in it, but it did not. When I told the front desk all they said was oh we don't offer those anymore well then you shouldn't advertise it on the website

We were in town over New Years weekend visiting family who live in Prineville. We love this hotel for the indoor pool and wonderful staff. They also put alot of thought into the artwork and Christmas decorations giving it a warm home-like feeling. The only thing that could be improved is to add more rugs/carpet in the rooms to dampen noisy neighbors. There happened to be a rodeo going on the weekend we were there and we had a few loud neighbors that Saturday night!

What you would expect for the price. We continue to go there for the service and the nice continental breakfast. Good location and a good bang for your buck.

The toilet wouldn't even flush toilet paper down. The bed frame was like 4 inches wider than the mattress, kind of dangerous if your disabled. The electric plugs didn't all work. Loveseat in the room was a nice touch but the lack of a decent flushing toilet totally ruined the experience.

Arrived to my room to find bed bugs. Hotel has been entirely uncooperative in refunding my stay and denying that there are bed bugs even when presented with photo evidence.

The room had an odd smell. Plus they offer a veteran discount but could not honor it because I booked on line so it cost a considerable more than I should have paid.

Holy moly I've never paid this much to stay in a place this dirty and disgusting. There was plain as day a booger on the lampshade, including a hair in it. Black and yellow on white was extremely noticable. Then there was the bedding. There was an unknown white stain on the bedskirt, I am uncomfortable with what it looked like. I seriously think that I might have gotten lucky that I didn't have bedbugs or something because the staff here clearly doesn't clean, they're just going through the motions. Staying here you don't even have to look hard to see the nasty, it's right in front of your face.
The app won't let me add pictures for whatever reason.
