The room was not at all what I booked, I booked a suite and they gave me a terrible room, the air conditioner didn't work and they made me wait over an hour for a room, it was really disgusting

I didn't like the noise of the AC, i can't sleep because too much noise by the AC. Lock boxe didn't worked also and some other stuffs not works as well. The staff is excellent and the property is clean.

Front Desk was amazing, we loved Westerline. She was able to accommodate all our needs & requests. Restaurant did not have good food, but luckily there was nearby restaurants.
