Habitaciones familiares enormes. Limpieza correcta. No hay minibar ni caja fuerte en la habitación. Camas cómodas y grandes. Hay garaje en el propio hotel y aunque el acceso es bastante estrecho las plazas son muy amplias. Está situado al lado de la plaza del ayuntamiento de la ciudad y se puede ir andando a todos los sitios turísticos sin problema. Desayuno más que correcto destaca por tener zumo de naranja natural. El personal de recepción muy amable. Un chico de color supersimpatico habla español y fué muy agradable conversar con él.

Bien situado, la limpieza no se realizo , nos comentaron que hay que avisar debido al covid , dado que los letreros estaban en francés y nadie nos informo, considero que desde recepción tienen que informar a los clientes que no somos en este caso franceses. Muy desagradable después de un día muy intenso llegar a la habitación y estar sin limpiar. PUDIMOS TRADUCIRLO . PIENSO QUE ESTA INFORMACION HAY QUE DARLA DESDE RECEPCION . MUY DESAGRADABLE ENTRAR EN LA HABITACION Y ESTAR SIN LIMPIAR

striking modern decor; very nice breakfast; excellent central location
towels are skimpy and not worthy of this class of hotel.
parking is below the hotel down a steep, curving ramp that demands caution! very convenient, but not for the faint-hearted or anyone with a large car.

When you arrive by train it is not far away, however, there is a steep hill ahead of you. However, you can easily take a bus or taxi from the station. The location of the hotel is great and close to the city center and nice restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, however, I was missing windows, because now my windows were right to another dark room (a conference room?). Breakfast is great and has fresh orange juice etc. Service was very friendly and I would stay here again. I also liked the atmosphere and the idea of being an environmentally friendly hotel.

Good location with nice friendly staff. Hotel is clean and modern with good size rooms. The hotel room was quiet with nice liquid soap in the bathroom and a good size shower. Continental breakfast with fresh orange juice was good. Would recommend this hotel.

All of the staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the public spaces comfortable. The wifi was a little unreliable.

We have used the Ibis Styles Poitiers Centre more times than we can remember. Quiet, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Excellent reception staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. A consistently good place to stay.
